4 Things you need to DO to become Successful in your Network Marketing Business

Mostly maraming mga pinoy na sumali sa Network Marketing dahil may mga iba't ibang REASONS sila kung bakit gusto nilang sumali tulad ng nagandahan lng sa products kaya't bumili lng sila ng package para gumamit at maka avail ng discounts. Meron din namang iba sumali dahil na hype lng sila sa mga resulta na ipinakita sa business presentations, meron din naman napilitan sumali dahil nga nag join yung kaibigan nila, kasintahan o di kaya yung asawa nila..at higit sa lahat meron din sumali dahil nakita nila na eto na ang solution sa kanilang kahirapan at para makamit ang kanilang pangarap na masaganang buhay.

At malipas ng ilang buwan, wala parin nangyari dahil hindi nila alam kung paano gawin ang ganitong negosyo
dahil unang una, hindi sila sumasali sa mga TRAININGS sa company. Hindi pinag-aralan ang negosyo kung paano gagawin kaya't ang nangyari hindi lumaki at huminto nlng sila sa kanilang negosyo.



Here are the 4 things YOU HAVE TO DO to become successful in Network Marketing even if you are still a beginner para makapag-simula ka ng maayos at para lumaki ang negosyo mo upang makuha mo na ang mga pangarap na inaasam mo.


Lahat ng naging Successful sa ganitong industry are making hundreds of thousands and even millions dahil ginawa nila 'tong 4 na paraan.


Para madali mong matandaan 'tong apat na paraan, may ikukwento ako sa'yo para makakarelate ka.

Imagine na gusto mong mag bakasyon kasama ng inyong pamilya gamit ang inyong sasakyan para umiwan sa ma-init at polusyon ng manila papunta sa ma presko hangin at malamig na lugar duon sa baguio. Sabihin nlng natin na ang mapreskong hangin at malamig na lugar ay nag rerepresent na na reach mo na ang TOP sa programa na sinalihan mo meaning pag nakarating kana sa BAGUIO ay ibig sabihin SUCCESSFUL KANA- you're AT THE TOP!


So ano ba ang UNANG GAWIN MO? Kelangan mong buksan ang sasakyan gamit ang SUSI para makapagsimula kana..

Walang naging successful sa ganitong industry na hindi nagsimula sumali at ginawa 'tong shortcut unless they first got started to join MLM. The amount of money it takes to get started depends on the company and the program you choose  as your "vehicle". It can range from P1,500,P3,000,P7,000,P10,000 or even P15,000 or more.

The SECOND THING you need to do para makapunta ka duon.. kelangan mo bumili ng GAS and OIL...this will represent as THE PRODUCT of your COMPANY.

MLM works best with the products that are CONSUMABLE. You will use the products up and buy them again and again and what this equates to is you must USE THE PRODUCTS of the company you represent, and that is YOURSELF.


The THIRD THING you have TO DO is to get into the HIGHER GEAR.. Ofrcoure! alam naman natin na hindi naman tayo dederetso na pupunta sa HIGH GEAR..

kapag Driver ka alam naman natin na magsisimula tayo lahat sa NEUTRAL (incidently notice that we are not driving an "automatic") So kahit naka-upo kana sa drivers seat gamit ang SUSI  at kahit ang makina ay umaandar na kapag NEUTRAL parin ang gagamitin mohindi tayo makakapunta sa BAGUIO o kahit anong lugar mo pa gustong pumunta.

Para makapagsimula na tumakbo ang sasakyan mo, kelangan makapagsimula kang mag SPONSOR ng TAO sa BUSINESS mo. When you sponsor someone, you are in FIRST GEAR (Primera). We believe you should be in first gear five times, with 5 SERIOUS people.

At dahil gusto mo rin yung 5 tao na makapagsimulang tumakbo sa FIRST GEAR. You need to TEACH them how to get into first gear by sponsoring someone. When each of your 5 people are in first gear 5 times, you will be in SECOND GEAR (segunda) 25 times.

You teach your five people to teach their five to get into first gear five times, they are now in second gear 25 times each, and that puts you in THIRD GEAR 125 times. When you have third level distributors in your organization, you are in THIRD GEAR (Trisera).

Have you noticed how much smoother your car runs in 4th gear? So does your organization! You want to be in HIGH GEAR (Quarta) as soon as you can. When your first levels are in 3rd gear, you will be in FOURTH GEAR

Naturally, you want your people to be in HIGH or FOURTH GEAR as well-and when they are, You are in OVERDRIVE.

How do you get into OVERDRIVE? YOU simply HELP TEACH the people you sponsored to get their people into THIRD GEAR, which puts them  into 4th gear and puts you in OVERDRIVE

The FOURTH things para makapunta kana sa BAGUIO, kelangan mong gamitin ang oras para i-SHARE ang mga PRODUCTS mo sa mga tao na nasa paligid mo. Ipa-try mo sa kanila para ma experience kung ano ang mga benefits nito at kung gusto nilang malaman kung saan makabili... Alam mo na kung ano ang gagawin! :)

So share it with your friends! This is the retailing part of the business.

NOTICE HOWEVER: If you didn’t do number 3, (get into HIGH GEAR), and did a lot of number 4, you would never get out of the driveway. (That’s what salesmen do.)

Remember, to get into a Multi-Level Marketing program, you have to have a SPONSOR. If your sponsor is a REAL “sponsor”, he will help you with your first 5 people. Notice: It’s a HELPING RELATIONSHIP.

In the process of showing your Business Presentations to your friends at meetings (one-on-one or groups), your sponsor is training you as well.

2. USE THE PRODUCTS (GAS AND OIL)
3. TEACH AND SPONSOR (SHIFT INTO HIGH GEAR)
